FOURTH POEM: This is a poem i wrote for myself on my 21th birthday.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME
The beginning of a new age.
An escape from the teen-age.
Promotion to the next stage,.
Same book but a new page.
free from family bondage.
Now i can freely get engaged.
An obvious call for celebration,
but without much population.
For this isn't a time for noisy jubilation
but a time for total isolation,
to figure my next line of action,
on this new path to maturation.
